"I have been with Ron Burns State Farm for probably about 10 years. I was researching insurance quotes and received a quote for nearly $100 less. I called today to cancel my current policy on date 10/25/25 as I was starting my new policy tomorrow on the 25th. Amanda was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She informed me that my policy would be ended effective immediately even though I stated I needed to have the policy ended tomorrow. This is the type of people you employ, doing your customers dirty."

"Just wanted to share a quick review regarding Ron. My mom recently went into memory care and prior to that, she was using Ron as her insurance agent. I contacted him and he helped me navigate the long-term care insurance process. Even though I did not know him, and he was not my agent, he went above and beyond in helping make this difficult process easier. He has even checked in with me to see how Mom is doing. "The agent, Christina, I spoke with was knowledgeable and understood that I was going from a house to a condo that is a whole different kind of insurance. Very friendly and helpful and made sure she was including eveything I ask for in the contract. "I am contractor and have been in the roofing industry for a little under five years. A property covered under Ron Burns State Farm had 36 inch IKO Gentry shingles with damage to each facet. The claim has been going on for two months and I have been trying to get in contact with claims adjuster. I have left over a dozen voicemails over the past month and two weeks, no phone call back. They said to use a Tamko Glass Seal 3 tab to make the repair and document it. Ohio is a matching state by law they completely disregarded manufacture specifications and building cod. Ohio Residential Code 904.2 states that all material used on the roof must be compatible with one another. Another reason as to the repair cannot be made is the seal on Tamko 3 tab the sealant strip is on the top side of shingle and IKO's is on the bottom. As a homeowner you have to fight to get the coverage you pay for!"

"Ron Burns State Farm Agent and his associates are always willing to help their clients no matter what the situation might be, whether it is their clients fault or their client got hit by another car, it doesn't matter to them and they also help with car rentals if you should need one, if you have that on your policy. If you have an issue with your residence they help with that also and find the right people to assist you with repairs. I receive phone calls at my job, and I cannot believe the amount of people that call me and ask for assistance because their insurance company is unwilling to assist them and have told them to contact the other insurance company of the at fault driver themselves. Thank you, all the Associates at Ron Burns Insurance Office."
